Cutting: the dashed lines are shared between neighbouring tags, so you can run scissors straight across a whole row, then down the columns — no chasing corner marks. Printing: in the print dialog choose Scale 100% (not "Fit to page") and Margins: Default so tags come out at exactly 3.3332 × 1.3332 in.
